I Really Need Help – Chunkserve VPS
Hi everyone,
I’m posting here because I honestly don’t know what else to do. This really feels like my last resort to get some help.
I have had an open ticket with Chunkserve for around 4–5 days, but I still haven’t received a meaningful response. I have also tried their live chat, but I’m not getting any real help there either.
My VPS has been suffering from extremely high CPU steal, usually around 82–84%, which already made the server almost unusable under normal load.
Now the situation has become even worse. The VPS is currently down, and I cannot even bring it back online. Their control panel for this VPS is no longer loading properly for me, so I cannot restart or manage the server myself.
I have logs, screenshots and technical measurements showing the CPU steal problem. At this point, however, I simply don’t know how to reach someone at Chunkserve who can actually help me.
Honestly, I feel completely stuck. I’m posting here because I really don’t know where else to turn anymore, and I’m hoping somebody here may be able to help or at least tell me what they did in a similar situation.
Has anyone here experienced similar problems with Chunkserve?
Did support eventually respond?
Were you moved to another physical node?
And is there another way to get in contact with them when tickets and live chat are not getting a response?
I’m not posting this to attack Chunkserve. I genuinely just want my VPS problem resolved and to be able to use the service I paid for.
Right now, posting here feels like my last option to hopefully get some help.
Any advice, experiences or help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, thanks for contacting LET Support, Your Ticket Waiting time Has been Doubled
my advice would be to put "chunkserve" in the search box and read about the wonderful experiences many people are having with them then make your decisions, lot quicker.
Thanks for taking the time to reply.
I want to clarify that I’m genuinely looking for serious, on-topic help here. I already used the search function and read through existing threads, but I did not find an answer that fits my specific situation. If I had found a clear solution, I would not have opened this thread in the first place.
If anyone has dealt with a similar VPS issue — especially very high CPU steal, an unresponsive control panel, or long support delays — I would really appreciate your experience or advice.
Otherwise, please keep the replies on topic. That saves both your time and mine.
Thank you.

If you're capable of using LLM AI, try to process those threads
There is no magic pill or wand. This is just how Chunkserve works. You can try pinging him in the ticket a few times a day, everyday or try here or try discord. This is it really. I kinda gave up with tickets but I do get a reply there...occasionally.
Thanks for your post and for sharing those links. I really appreciate you taking the time to look into this and taking my situation seriously.
I had already read most of those threads, although there was one that I had not seen yet, so thank you for sharing them.
What I noticed is that several people reported problems with their servers and also mentioned slow or unresponsive ticket support. However, in many of those threads I could not find a clear follow-up explaining what eventually happened, whether the problem was actually resolved, or what Chunkserve did to fix it.
That is mainly what I am trying to find out. I would also really like to know whether anyone has experienced the same kind of extreme CPU steal that I am seeing — around 82% to 84% — and, if so, what was eventually done to resolve it.
Again, thank you very much for the links and for taking the time to respond. It is genuinely appreciated._
