Need 10Gbps 20TB+ VPS servers at multiple locations?

I'm looking for a leaseweb tier VPS provider with multiple worldwide locations (no resellers or small companies). I'll be using the VPS servers as proxy nodes, so main focus is on port speed + at around 30TB transfer for leaseweb comparable pricing. Reason I'm not going with leaseweb is because they only have servers available in one location in US.

Also, open to cheap dedicated servers, given they have 10Gbps port + 100TB transfer for <$100/mon.
