I can't open a ticket because the entire website is not fully functional. Can someone check and help me out with this? Thanks. My VPS is with them, and right now I have web apps hosted there that need to be presented with a client. I didn't receive an email regarding this outage or what.

You should create a hourly VPS at Digital Ocean or something if it's urgent.
yeah that's something that i'd have to do. i was panicking because it takes tremendous work to do that change the DNS and make sure the new VPS is okay though I am using podman so that makes it easier. thanks for your comment though.
