Yes, because all of you paid premium to get what you desire.
Over time, we lose sense of what we paid vs what we expect, haha. This can happen everywhere else too. We just need to avoid being a victim.
Until now didn't have any problems with hostdzire. And price is good. No complaints. Didn't have anything important data there anyways.
My 3 nodes in India are down. It has been a splendid service otherwise... I'm sure your awsome team will get over with it. Do keep us posted

Same here , Been a customer of IN VPS for last 8 months never faced any issues . Hope they recover and get their services back up very soon
That sucks, good luck in recovering whatever can be recovered. Another reminder to people to back up valuable data yourself.

This is the MOST fukin lesson I just learned firsthand- Backup-Backup-Backup !
Just 3 days before I moved my main blog to HostDzire India VPS. It was WP auto migration, so I did not download any backup. After moving, I rebuilt the source VPS, so it got cleaned. Created a local backup of HostDzire VPS, but NOT downloaded it ! And now I am fcuked big time ! more than an year of blogging down in the drain ...fuk ..
I too, put all of my WP sites and personal blog under HostDzire. But luckily, I did set up weekly backup to my Google Drive using Updraftplus. But yeah, a lot of posts since last week are lost.
just moved all data from another server and all loss now. i plan to create backup in next 3-4 days but incident occurs before that.

My VPS in India is down, but I did not receive any email notification about this incident from the provider.
What a bad day.
The server was down for hours, but didn't even recieve any mail about the incident. Got to know about the attack only after opening lowendtalk.
I have a nightly backup for my most important site and I still lost a bunch of my work after the auto backup.
Other than that, all my project files in the server are gone..
@HostDZire pls do keep us posted... at least we will know if any progress and if you guys are onto something. Thanks and good luck

Next step is reinstall all the servers and setup it from scratch, so it will take sometime.

Paying premium doesn't shield anything once it go wrong. That's why backup&backup is a valid strategy

I have my backups, but one of the servers is quite a unique tech-stack with custom configs... restoring it from backups will still be a massive excercise. It'll be really great if the VMs can be restored at their 'state'. Good luck again
Their TOS very specifically says they don't keep backups, and that it is the client's responsibility to keep backups of their data.
