i think they scammed us and ran away
Hi @Ravnix,
Following up on the emergency maintenance email sent earlier stating that maintenance would last a maximum of 2 hours to fix disk I/O performance issues.
It has now been well over 2 hours, and both the servers and the main website are completely unreachable. The site currently returns a "This deployment is temporarily paused" error message.
Could you please provide an update on the current ETA and what's going on?
Thanks!
@RAVNIX — It's clear from your LET profile activity that you were logged in on August 11, so you are fully aware of the ongoing outage and the frustration in this thread.
Ignoring your paying clients after promising a "maximum of 2 hours" emergency maintenance for disk I/O—which has now stretched into days of total downtime—is unacceptable. Your main website is still showing "This deployment is temporarily paused", servers are offline, and yet you choose to log in silently without dropping even a single sentence as an update.
Ghosting the community while active on the forum only confirms everyone's worst suspicions.
We don't need radio silence; we need transparent communication:
1. What is the actual status of the North Carolina location and the infrastructure?
2. What is the realistic ETA for restoration?
3. Is user data safe, or are we dealing with a complete loss/deadpool situation?
Step up, take responsibility, and give your customers an official update here.
They completely ignore tickets, and my ticket from Jul 9, 2026 hasn't been answered either.
up again.
