Looking for a Reliable Dedicated Server Provider in the USA

We are looking for a reliable dedicated server provider in the USA. We currently need three servers, with the possibility of ordering more later if the service remains stable.

We have already tried FiberState, but unfortunately, we experienced the same issue with abuse complaints. Whenever an abuse report was received, the entire server was suspended immediately, even when the complaint was related to only one website.

We need a provider that sends an abuse notification first and gives us reasonable time, preferably up to 12 hours, to investigate and resolve the issue instead of immediately suspending the entire server.

Please note that these servers will never be used for email marketing, bulk mailing, or direct outbound email delivery. We use MailChannels for email sending, so the server IPs will not be used for mailing.

Required specifications per server:

  • USA location
  • 24 - 32 Cores
  • 128 GB RAM
  • 4TB SSD/NVMe
  • 1 Gbps port
  • Budget: $120–$150 per server, per month
  • Quantity required now: 3 servers

We normally receive only one or two abuse complaints per month per server, and we always investigate and resolve them promptly. We are looking for a provider with a reasonable abuse-handling policy, stable network, and reliable long-term service.

Please share your offers or recommendations.

Mostly phishing pages or malware files that appear after a client’s website, usually WordPress, gets compromised through a vulnerable plugin, theme, or weak password.

We use active malware scanners, firewalls, and other security tools on our servers, but occasionally an individual website can still be compromised before the issue is detected. We do not knowingly allow phishing or malware. Once notified, we immediately suspend the affected account, clean the website, fix the security issue, and resolve the complaint.

Also, please let us know what complaints you are talking about?

While your cleanup protocols are appreciated, relying on post-incident remediation is simply not sustainable for a long-term partnership.

When a compromised site goes live, our IPv4 addresses end up on major blacklists. Delisting an IP is often an extremely long and difficult process that directly harms our infrastructure, network reputation, and other clients. This is only my opinion, but no stable provider can absorb that ongoing risk.

If you are looking for a lasting, long-term cooperation with us, we will not be able to continually grant grace periods to resolve recurring malware or phishing incidents. We strongly advise upgrading your proactive site hardening and security measures to prevent breaches before they happen.

Sounds like you have to improve the scanners lol. It's going to get worse as AI become widely available and powerful
