    Used to be, it isn't anymore. Google has stopped using the PageRank mechanism. Or at least updating it. Here's an article about that.

    Also check its domain authority. PR 4 is good to pass link juice and can help you in high PR. PR is no more an important seo factor. Check whether it was dropped or not.
