Honest review of bero-host
The server performance is very good, and the service itself is reliable. However, the biggest issue is their customer support. They often shut down the network without any prior notice, leaving customers without any explanation or update.
Support is extremely slow. It can take 7–8 hours or even longer to receive a response.
The only positive thing about their support is that when they finally respond, they are friendly, professional, and usually resolve the issue. If they improve their response time and communicate planned maintenance or outages in advance, their service would be much better.
Overall, the service is good, but the customer support needs significant improvement.
