This nightmare began on July 9, 2026, when I purchased a dedicated server from this so-called "provider" – a 3950X machine. It was finally "delivered" on July 12. After just three days of use, the server randomly shut itself down. I opened my very first support ticket, and what did they do? They turned it back on manually and told me, with a straight face, that there was "no problem."
Then, on July 19, it happened again. Another shutdown. Another manual reboot. Another insulting response: "Everything is fine."
I spent days going back and forth with their so-called "support" team – countless useless conversations, endless frustration, and zero accountability. After all that, they claimed they had "completely inspected" the hardware and "thoroughly tested" every component. Their brilliant conclusion? "No issues." They even reinstalled the OS and handed the server back to me on July 25, acting like they had done me a favor.
And guess what? Today, July 27, it shut down AGAIN.
I currently manage 5 dedicated servers and countless VPS instances across multiple providers. In all my years of experience, I have never encountered anything this disgraceful, this incompetent, this utterly unusable.
This company is a complete joke. Their service is non-functional. Their support is a lie. Do not walk – run away from space-hosting.net.
