Looking cheap VPS in Europe

I'm looking for a VPS with a minimum configuration:
1-2 virtual cores
1-2 GB RAM
15-30 GB storage
5000 GB+ bandwidth @ 1 Gbps
IPv4 + IPv6 IP addresses (clean IPs)
Hosted in Europe (Netherlands, Germany, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Poland, UK, France, and other countries).
Budget: approximately $10-15 per year.
I need 1 day to test the VPS before purchasing.
Payment by card or PayPal.

Inflation and prices are constantly rising. The budget will grow someday, but that will happen another day, not today. )))
