Looking for Cheap/Reliable VPS (1 Year Preferred)

Hello,
I’m currently looking for a reliable and budget VPS. Until now, I’ve been using a DigitalOcean 1 vCPU / 1GB RAM instance, which has been working fine for my needs.
Now I need to move to another provider. I tried Oracle free tier but couldn’t complete signup, and AWS is asking for too many details and only 6 months + only offers limited trial duration.
So I’m looking for either:
A long-term free trial (~1 year), or
A cheap but stable VPS provider
Requirements:
1–2 vCPU
1–2 GB RAM
30–50 GB storage (SSD/NVMe preferred)
IPv4 required
Decent bandwidth (similar to DigitalOcean is fine)
Use case:
Running around 10–15 lightweight Python Telegram bots (currently running fine on my existing VPS).
Priority:
Good uptime & reliability
Stable performance (not overloaded nodes)
If anyone has recommendations, offers, or providers that fit this, please let me know.
Thanks!

This VDS is likely to beat your digital ocean VM:
For $5/m you can get a sister config with 2 d.cores // 4 GB // 60 GB NVMe.
Both are cheaper if paid yearly.
/ should you be ordering, turn off your VPN first /
I will ignore the first part. So, stable huh?

This would probably work on one of my 1GB+IPv4 servers for $60/year. 32GB of SSD disk with that. Located in Spokane, Washington.
If you can squeeze it into 768MB memory and 24GB of disk, then it would be $48/year.
Now transfer for 1GB is 512GB and 768MB is 384GB -- this is definitely less than DigitalOcean. And it's on a shared 100Mbit/sec connection.
Might be possible to use IPv6 with Telegram, or to use my IPv6->IPv4 SOCKS proxy with it, in which case you can save $12/year off of those prices.
I'm not sure what OS you're used to using, but I offer Debian, Alpine, and OpenBSD.
While it's going to be the slowest offer here, I suspect it'll be fast enough. Certainly lots of faster options, and some cheaper.
Hi, we at ServerHost offer 2 GB RAM / 2 vCPU Ryzen or i9, 50 GB NVMe, 1 Gbps unmetered for just $9/month.
