never seen a server with RETN upstream not in the EU but if theres RETN connected to NY why not buying one?

2gb ram+
1gbps+
up from 1 TB bandwidth

it looks like RETN is connected to SIX Seattle and NYIIX so if you have a provider that has direct connection to those exchanges that would be your best option.
