Los Angeles VPS – AMD 8–16 vCPU, 16–32GB RAM, Around $30–50/Month, Good China Connectivity

Hello,

I’m looking for a VPS located in Los Angeles, California, with stable and relatively low-latency connectivity to mainland China.

Preferred specifications:

Location: Los Angeles, California
Virtualization: KVM preferred
CPU: AMD Ryzen or AMD EPYC preferred
CPU allocation: 8–16 vCPU
Dedicated or high-performance CPU cores preferred
RAM: 16GB minimum, preferably 32GB
Storage: Around 200GB SSD or NVMe
Network port: 1Gbps preferred
Bandwidth: At least 5–10TB per month, or a reasonable unmetered option
IPv4: 1 dedicated IPv4 address
Operating system: Windows Server support or custom ISO installation preferred
Budget: Ideally $30–50 per month
Billing: Monthly payment preferred
No setup fee preferred

The VPS will mainly be used for Windows Remote Desktop and business browser workloads. Stable CPU performance, sufficient RAM, fast disk performance, and responsive RDP usage are important.

Connectivity to mainland China is also a major consideration, especially for:

China Telecom
China Unicom
China Mobile

Optimized routes such as AS9929, AS4837, CN2, CMI, CMIN2, or PCCW are preferred. Stable standard international transit may also be acceptable if the latency, packet loss, and evening performance are reasonable.

Please provide the following information with your offer:

Exact CPU model
Number of allocated vCPU
Whether the CPU is shared, dedicated, or fair-share
Datacenter name and Los Angeles location
Test IPv4 address or Looking Glass
Network carriers and upstream providers
Monthly bandwidth and port speed
Disk type and available storage
Setup fee, monthly price, and renewal price
Whether the promotional price remains valid for future renewals
Whether Windows Server installation or custom ISO is supported
Whether nested virtualization is supported
Whether there is a short trial, daily rental, or 3–7 day refund period

Older-generation Ryzen or EPYC nodes and clearance VPS plans are acceptable, provided that the server is stable, the CPU is not heavily oversold, and the China routing performs well.

My preferred budget is around $30–40 per month, with an absolute maximum of $50 per month for a significantly better CPU, more RAM, dedicated CPU resources, or better China connectivity.

Please reply here or send me a private message with your offer.

Thank you.
