I’m looking for a dedicated server located in Los Angeles, California, with stable and relatively low-latency connectivity to mainland China.
Preferred specifications:
Location: Los Angeles, California
CPU: AMD Ryzen or AMD EPYC preferred
CPU requirement: 8–16 physical cores preferred
RAM: Minimum 32GB
Storage: 240GB–512GB SSD or NVMe
Network port: 1Gbps preferred
Bandwidth: At least 10TB monthly, or a reasonable unmetered option
IPv4: 1 dedicated IPv4 address
Operating system: Windows Server support or custom ISO/IPMI access preferred
Budget: $50–100 per month
Billing: Monthly payment preferred
No setup fee preferred
The server will mainly be used for remote desktop and business browser workloads. CPU stability, sufficient RAM and responsive Windows RDP performance are important.
Connectivity to China is a major consideration. I am especially interested in providers with good routes to:
China Telecom
China Unicom
China Mobile
Optimized routes such as AS9929, AS4837, CN2, CMI or PCCW are preferred, but stable standard international transit may also be acceptable.

Older-generation Ryzen, EPYC or clearance/off-lease hardware is acceptable as long as the server is stable and the China routing performs well.
My target budget is ideally around $70–90/month, with an absolute maximum of $100/month for a significantly better CPU or network.
