Looking for a Singapore VPS with unlimited bandwidth for a VLESS/Xray VPN (5–6$ buget)

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a VPS in Singapore to host a VLESS (Xray + Reality) VPN, mainly for users in Sri Lanka, so keeping latency as low as possible is important.

My budget is around $5–6 per month. I need a VPS with at least a 100 Mbps connection (1 Gbps is even better) and enough bandwidth to handle around 10–20 TB of traffic per month. I've already tried providers with 1 TB monthly limits, and they don't work for my use case.

I've noticed that many providers advertise "unlimited" or "unmetered" bandwidth, but after reading the Terms of Service, they often mention a Fair Usage Policy. That's what I'm most concerned about.

For anyone who has experience running a VPN on one of these VPS providers, how does the Fair Usage Policy actually work in practice? If a VPN consistently uses around 10–20 TB of traffic each month, is that likely to result in throttling, warnings, or suspension, even if the server isn't constantly maxing out the network?

I'm also looking for recommendations for providers that you've personally used. If you've run VLESS, Xray, WireGuard, OpenVPN, or a similar VPN service in Singapore, I'd like to know which provider you used, how much monthly traffic you were pushing, and whether you ever had any issues related to bandwidth or acceptable use.

I'm not trying to abuse the network or saturate a 1 Gbps port 24/7. I just want a provider that is transparent about its bandwidth policies so I don't end up with unexpected limits after signing up.

Any recommendations or real-world experiences would be appreciated. Thanks!
