Secure Messaging Gateway (SMG) blacklist issue

Check from mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx and multirbl.valli.org,the IP has zero list.
Check from ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/lookup,the IP xxx does not have any bad reputation.

But when you try to send email to those who are using SMG,it is directly rejected once connected.

[root@mail ~]# telnet mailin.samsung.com 25

554 5.7.1 Rejected because Bad IP
Connection closed by foreign host.

Anyone know such issue?
