For other providers, I can understand the other party argument but I don't think particularly you have the ground to make the same claims since multiple customers of you have posted here stating they tried to contact you (for refund against cancelling service from your side/support for existing ones) through various channels including LET but you were no where to be seen. You have lots of time to reply in chit chat thread like this yet, many customers were waiting for just a communication with you for their resolution.

It seems like, you talk about principles/obstacles/behaviour of people but all goes out of the window when the subject is yourself.

Im slightly amused by the attitude. The chances are slim that there will be people putting up with the effort but man, i would be one of the petty bastards.

Just in case, one could start having fun with him, considering his "business" structure doesnt shield his personal assets.
