I was referring to the 'post your invoice # & get BW + IP6' as a high-five
I was using the 1st time sign-up + order process and selected stripe + CC at checkout. It went through the motions but concluded with a completed order, yet unpaid in the client panel. Checked the card for pending, etc and nothing so went ahead and use the [pay] button on the invoice @ billing and it again went through the motions (EG: visa popup + progress indicator) and concluded without +payment or indication of error.
Submitted a ticket (#COY-405168) about it and let it sit for a while. Some 30-40 mins later I scoured the assorted areas related to billiing/payment and found some saved cc payment data (note: I never used the little [save> widget offered during CC entry) so apparently WHMCS saves it at some point I guess..
Anyhow on that page there was no "state" data. I used the pull-down and put that in and on the next (3rd) payment attempt it worked.
Oddly enough, on each of the actual stripe CC input forms I was filling out were complete of course.
Seems like some sort of edge case data handoff/comparison glitch between the WHMCS and stripe perhaps.

On other provider it went OK for me (stripe+cc) & I didn't tick the save on colored checkbox. Will note if it's (WHMCS // stripe) remember them next time I pay. Thanks for the info.
