Thanks for reaching out, so at the moment we do not really enforce specific CPU limits. We just ask customers to use it fairly basically. For this product, if we see we need to limit someone, we would just message them and ask them to ease up a bit and only enforce limits if necessary. On our storage VMs we do handle it a bit differently. However, it has not really been an issue in the past. Let me know if you need anything else.
