Looking for VPS server recommendations.
I need a large number of low-cost VPS servers with reliable, long-term availability; I plan to make ongoing purchases, so the provider must be stable and established (not a newly launched business).
I intend to use them solely for setting up proxies. The budget is under $20 per year, and the specifications must be at least: 1 vCPU, 1GB RAM, 20GB SSD, and 2TB data transfer.
The upstream provider cannot be ColoCrossing, and European data centers are excluded. Any recommendations?

We provide services in the Türkiye/Istanbul region.
Sorry, this is beyond my budget; the most I can pay is $25 per year. Since I have significant needs, if the testing goes well and it works effectively, I plan to purchase more later. I think I'll wait and see what other vendors offer. Thanks anyway.
