DOesnt DO do crypto nowadays, or Vultr

Vultr accepts Bitcoin, but you have a card on file.
I run SporeStack which accepts Bitcoin and has an API. I resell Vultr + DigitalOcean through it, but at 80% markup.
I'm sure there's some other options on here.
