Do you have any recommendations for 10Gbps servers in the US?

Are there any VPS providers in the US that offer 10 Gbps+ connections and CPU clock speeds of 4 GHz or higher?
I'm currently looking for a new provider because I found out that Leaseweb prohibits using their VPS for streaming servers. If you know of any high-performance VPS that would be suitable for streaming and meets these specs, please let me know.

We do have 10 Gbps, not 4Ghz, but in our US location we use EPYC 7C13 Milan, if that works for you.

We currently have a subscription for @rackoona on a U.S. server, but it is only available in Utah, and we would like to expand coverage to other states.
