Looking for VPS providers using 31173 Services / DataPacket

Hello, does anyone know any VPS providers/resellers using these networks?

Im not looking for the official websites of these companies. I already know them, but most of them seem to mainly sell dedicated servers. Im trying to find VPS providers that have IPs from these datacenters/networks.

Just to make it clear, I didnt get these IPs from VPN services. I found them from different sources while checking IP ranges, and now Im trying to find VPS providers/resellers using the same networks.

Some examples:

31173 Services AB / AS39351
185.65.134.1, 185.209.196.1, 185.195.232.1

Datacamp / DataPacket / CDN77
178.249.211.1, 178.249.209.1, 149.102.240.1

M247 Europe / AS9009
146.70.124.1, 146.70.193.1, 146.70.189.1

tzulo
23.234.99.1

Owl Limited
194.127.167.1

Trabia SRL
45.153.124.1

Keminet SHPK
103.124.165.1

HostRoyale Technologies
185.92.210.1

Blix Solutions AS
194.127.199.1

If you know any VPS seller using any of these networks, please let me know.

@ShockHosting uses datacamp as upstream in multiple locations (looking glass).
@rarecloud uses M247 network directly (test IPs).
@NDTN (greencloud) uses M247 directly in some locations (France, Romania, UK) and directly tzulo in others (USA, San Jose; USA, Phoenix; USA, Chicago). (full DC list)
@Hosteroid upstreams to M247 in Romania (looking glass).
@AlbaHost should be able to help with Keminet SHPK.
@leapswitch uses HostRoyale in Spain and Portugal.
@MikeA (extravm) upstreams to datacamp in Singapore and Japan (looking glass).

For Datacamp I believe @MikeA has IPs in their own ASN.

For M247, @Hosteroid still got some ranges in M247's ASN but dunno if they're able to put your VM there (Bucharest).
@rarecloud got Tokyo, Hong Kong, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, New York and London under M247's ASN.

GreenCloud has Chicago DC2 under tzulo ASN and Bucharest under M247.

V.PS has under Owl Limited (but xTom has a lot of ASNs so you can end up in any of them. Would ticket in and ask them specifically if they can accommodate you).

    For the rest dunno :(

Hosthatch uses Datacamp in several locations, 311173 services in CH. Check out the looking glass IPs on bgp.tools: https://hosthatch.com/features#datacenters

If you BYOIP+ASN you can get a BGP session and use their communities to not announce to certain upstreams for e.g. only datapacket or only 31173 in CH.

Thanks a lot for the suggestions, really helpful.

One thing Im still wondering is are there any VPS providers on networks like M247, Datacamp/DataPacket, etc. that offer higher bandwidth or maybe unmetered traffic?

Most of the providers I checked so far seem to count all traffic and the included bandwidth is quite low for my use case. Im not necessarily looking for the cheapest option, but my budget is around $10–15 per month.

I know fully unmetered traffic may not be realistic in that price range, but Im mainly looking for something with more monthly traffic on these networks.

Do you know any provider that offers something like that?

  • @realerfiw what will you do with this info?

If I could hand out bandwidth like candy on DP network I would love to. But things cost money, and most people are not willing to spend the money for it. Catering to people who don't need high bandwidth and just want a reliable server for common uses (web servers, game, bots, business VPNs/apps, etc.) is much more sustainable long term.

Mainly because they seem to have good ping to my region. Im just looking to test them first, and if they work well for my use case, I will use them for my work.

Fair point. I totally get that bandwidth isnt free. Im mostly just comparing options right now and trying to get a better sense of what is realistic around that budget for a small VPS with clear limits and decent traffic.
