Cloudzy Billing - Confused
I needed a VPS in a specific location etc...
So I thought I'd give Cloudzy a chance, since I am LOOOOONG time BuyVM customer who is very happy, err, was.. errr... different time and place..anyway....
So I sign up for a VPS on a semi annual plan, pay.. move along with my life.. I've not used it anywhere near any bandwidth limit (which is one of the reasons I have an issue in finding replacements for the BuyVM stuff, sighhh.. not the time or place right now....)
So I've done some of my setup on some things to try out...etc.. I check in on the "control panel" and I see these invoices in there??? "Hourly billing" for what? I am on a semi annual plan, I am not on any hourly plan!
OK.. I just ignore these, as things are working, they seem to "close" out at some point...
Next.. its coming time to "renew" and for now I am interested in keeping this VPS, come to the panel to pay my invoice for the renewal.. NOTHING! BuyVM normally posts about 5-7 days or so before its due... NOTHING.. Other than some weird "negative" balance invoice, again for some mystery hourly billing... ummmmmm...
Ok.. Now its showing account "suspended" for this negative balance.. ummm.. I am lost here.. BIG TIME!
I pay my invoices, and you've not provided one for the renewal...Ummmm...
I "load" the account with an amount which should cover the renewal and what ever this hourly thing is.. Still shows as "suspended." VPS is still working, for now at least, YES I've CREATED A TICKET there.. but I am clearly not understanding this billing thing at Cloudzy v. BuyVM or well any other VPS provider I use. I don't use "hourly" etc. things like AWS etc... No thanks.. thats a good way to have a heart attack from a bill... Based on reviewing their sign up page, I paid EXTRA $2/mo for backups.. so.. I at this point.. .shrug... I am confused...
Any one care to explain the billing over at Cloudzy as I am honestly really not a happy camper, ok.. so I am not a happy camper ever but..
