CloudCone AFF Payout Ticket #6905780 - No response for over a month
Hello everyone,
I am writing this thread to seek assistance regarding my pending affiliate commission payout from CloudCone.
I requested a PayPal withdrawal of $101.214 exactly one month ago. Although the CloudCone Bot replied that the billing team would process it within 7-14 working days, I have heard nothing since then. I also bumped the ticket 14 days later asking for an ETA, but there is still no manual reply from their team.
Here are my ticket details:
- Ticket ID: #6905780
- Department: Sales / Billing
- Amount: $101.214
- Status: Acknowledged (but no human reply for 1 month)
@Cloudcone - Could you please check with your finance/billing team and help me escalate this ticket? I would appreciate a quick update or conclusion on this payout.

admins should probably suspend Host tag of the company, if more folks complain (with proof). That's usually a bad sign.

I have raised commission payment for 2 months

They are too busy to settle the network issue recently,more than a week,network issue still not settled,as least the IPV6 is not working at all.
For the IPV4,change the MTU that works
ip link set dev eth0 mtu 1400
Should have been suspended a LONG time ago.
I haven't received it yet; the seller says they are handling the matter, but another month is about to pass.
