Looking for dedicated servers - 7950x level's CPU power.

I'm currently using a Ryzen 9950x VPS from Advin Servers, and I'm looking to upgrade to a dedicated to mitigate an issue with nested virt there. I runs Proxmox
Wanted specs:
CPU: Anything comparable to a AMD 7950X (Or 9950x, even better). iGPU will be very useful as well (planned for some light hardware transcoding)
RAM: 64GB and up
Disk: minimum 3 disks, total usable bulk storage amount at least 4-8TB (rounded up with 3.84TB disks is fine)
Accepted configuration can also be
1-2x SSD RAID 1 (tbh raid on this one is not a full necessity but will be very useful, minimum drive size in this case 1 tb)+ 3x HDD RAIDZ1
Or 3x SSD RAIDZ 1
Network: anything 1/10gbit. Unmetered is unnecessary but nice to have
Preferred location is anything with sub-60ms ping from Vietnam, so Singapore/HK/Japan/Malay is preferred, however this is not a hard requirement. If ping time is still in acceptable range (60-150ms) and the price is good that will also be great. >200ms ping are likely out though, sorry, but please do still send quote + lookingglass. I may still look into them

EU places you around 180ms from there, west coast around 160.
Unlimited 1gbit in APAC? not for even double your budget
Yeah, I do know that I'm asking for quite a lot, hence why there's a lot of "nice to have" rather than hard requirement. 160ms ping is probably still acceptable as long as there's no major frequent ping spikes. Some gaming servers will be on there, afterall.
The unlimited BW part is just a nice to have, APAC bandwidth do be expenso as hell so I fully get it if no one ever have it
