  • Their Hong Kong servers don't work—they are scammers, so everyone should stay away. They refused my refund request via the support ticket system and even tried to pressure me into topping up my account to keep using the service; it’s pure bandit logic. After paying with cryptocurrency, I couldn't use the service; when I provided a crypto address for the refund, they refused, claiming a credit card was required. Then, when I provided credit card details, they said refunds are only possible if the original payment was made via credit card. They are nothing but bandits—everyone should steer clear of them.

That's quite a statement, we have hundreds of people using our Hong Kong servers without issues, and crypto deposits are not refundable as per ToS.

Would be nice to have more context in the ticket instead of defaming with ChatGPT written messages

Regardless of the payment method used, the transaction is with you; if your service cannot be used, you are obligated to provide a refund—not engage in sophistry. There is no need for a third party to adjudicate the arguments here; everyone should simply take a good, hard look at this business and think twice before making a payment. Your claim that "hundreds of people" are using the service is utterly absurd—where is the evidence for that?

Where in China can your service connect to? You are the first company I’ve ever encountered that employs such "robber logic" when the service isn't even available.

We do not offer optimized route to China even tho we're completely reacheable from and to China and with pretty good ping compared to some other asian VPS's providers.

    For your reference:
    https://s.ping.pe/R/r/snap_RrUd4Kf3.html
(Btw our looking glass is public)

Optimized routes with priority outbound can be an option for clients with a certain commitment (if this was what you were lookign for).

Do you only go public after something goes wrong, you bandits? I’m simply warning others not to be blinded by such bandit-like logic. As for the 10 euros—losing it won't make me poor, but it won't make a bandit service provider like you rich either. Passing off inferior goods as quality ones is your standard trick; out of the two IPs I purchased, which one can actually connect to China? What a load of bullshit logic. I urge others to think twice before using this service.
