Teracast is down and ghosting customers. Possible exit scam?
Teracast, a budget host that provided "good services for its price," owned by @wiggy "Colten L." (292138463854067722) and Patrick (pyuwu17 / 783394152825225249) might be exit scamming, though if this is the case is unclear. Wiggy was known for his previous company that merged into Teracast, PlasmaRack.
**I would recommend everyone to backup their data in-case. **
Teracast has been offline for around a week or so, from what I've heard so far and they've locked the entire discord server down. They are avoiding any questions as to why this is the case.

Over the past few months, Wiggy has attempted to liquidate huge amounts of hardware. Whether or not this is because of financial issues with Teracast, it is unclear.
Burrito attempted to speak to Wiggy in DMs about this and he kept avoiding the question of why Teracast is down, why tickets are being ignored, and why the server is locked down.
We attempted to speak to Wiggy in IPv7 Host Drama channels and he ignored the question and asked why "we are trying to start drama."
He would have rather discuss showing he was liquidating hardware rather than the topic at hand.

In addition, Nate has provided accusations that I among others can verify to be true on Wiggy's past behavior.
While I do not think the focus of this thread should include this, I do believe it is very important context to include.
To quote Nate directly,
"We would provide 1/4 rack colocation for 1gbps 95th transit from path and he would also supply the networking equipment and he knew a guy that could be a tech
Then when we needed access to the path api to give customers access to create rules etc he denied said we would break stuff and that we dont need and we can just have him do it, (spoiler alert it took him weeks to add rules and thats if he even felt like it)
He also denied us access to the networking equipment stating we would just break it @Sagnik being my network tech, we even offered to pay a $200 incidental fee if we did break anything he still denied
Whenever he was upset with me about anything he would shut the port offline going to my switch killing the internet for all my customers, he would also instruct his tech to unplug my machines whilst they were running for "fun"
So we decided fuck this, went with path direct, and kicked him out of the cabinet."
He had 30 days notice, it was extended to 45 days, and only moved out when the cords were pulled cause he kept delaying things and attempted to pin the situation on Nate.
He also attempted to social engineer DataBank to turn off servers in Nate's racks that only he and Nate knew the number of.
I personally do not think Wiggy is to be trusted, Wiggy left IPv7 instead of defending himself or giving context as to why Tercast is down and avoiding discussions with its customers.

In addition to this, he banned me from his discord for no reason, I wasn't even in his discord, and he banned me per-preemptively it seems?

Wanted to avoid a LET post but alas.

LOL discord drama
yep
https://files.catbox.moe/pti1o0.png error. Also, what people said about the liquidation? Did the bank chase him or something personal?
Edited.
We aren't sure, Wiggy has been completely uncooperative, outside of avoiding questions like the discord is locked down. He'd rather state that "As said to bro, we told people to open support tickets," which are being ghosted according to customers, than to answer questions.
I previously had a server purchased from them (plasmarack) and my experience was very bad, I saw many red flags and ran away from there when I can. I wasn't wrong i see.
Who buys serious services from a person named wiggy, piggy, etc
Bring this mess back to where it belong: Discord
How come? He has customers? Should they not deserve to be informed of what is going on?
I’m as surprised as you are…
