They usually between 12 hours and 48 hours deliver the server it depends on the type of server and your order
But don't worry, they'll deliver.

I have submitted 2 work orders, and your response is always: expect deployment times of 12-24 hours before your machine is ready for use

Why waste time complaining about delivery timing? If it's already 7-30 days, I could understand.
Just assume hosts are those food kiosks that would do a grocery run or went to exchange gas cylinder on operating hour because they run out of ingredients or consumables

Just wait. I've deployed over 50 servers with them before and the owner was really helpful. It's also a holiday, so you may have to wait until Monday.

That's my point, your OP was a waste of time when you don't include important details.

Also, two tickets for the same thing in 24 hours after they gave you a response? They should refund you and save themselves the headaches.
