I am in need of urgent assiatance. I was using hostvds, but the drama is way too much. Sometime its DDos attack, sometimes electricity bill due, sometimes, some new drama. Today for 10Gbps plan speed is 3 Mbps.

I am in india, so VPS with low ping I am looking for. I was using their hongkong server, but its unsueable right now. Need about 25TB monthly. My budget is not more than 25 USD. I need it for streaming. I along few of my friends do it so stability is what we are seeking.
