Looking for i9 13900 - i9 14900 Dedicated Servers

I am looking for a high-performance dedicated server with the following specifications. The location needs to be within Europe, ideally with optimal routing and low latency to Turkey (e.g. Germany )
CPU Intel Core i9-13900 or i9-14900 (Open to better Intel models as long as they meet the graphics requirement).
The processor MUST have an integrated APU / iGPU
RAM: 128 GB RAM
Storage: NVMe SSD
Network: 1 Gbps Port unmetered prefered
or any equivalent Intel CPU with the same or better core and thread count, provided it has an GPU equal to or better than Intel UHD 770.
