Wait for your VPS to be revoked to get you to be upsold to something higher, or it be out of commission for 4 months before they are back during Black Friday with phony deals again.

    Avoid exact at all costs.

We have not revoke a single VPS. We changed IPs yes but VPSs that were running from last BF are still running now unless clients ask for a refund.

What is the meaning of 20gbps is it your port because you said in the chat it is just what your upstream promise. Is the 20gbps not real or what? Another question is there a place to set ports to ALLOW OR ACCEPT on your firewall rules. My VPN VPS projects require that hosts/IP address I put in my VPN must not be filtered or block by your firewall rules. Can your support team whitelist the IP address if I purchase your VPS? Also the 1TB offer is too small at least extend it to 2TB bandwidth

Hi, 20gbps is provided from our provider. Each of our hosts can handle 10gbps of one protocol and 10gbps of another from any server on a shared connection. (the 10gbps part is because if someone tries an attack it would not DDoS the whole capacity. We do not block IPs via our firewall, only IPs that attempt patterns of a DDoS attack. Other security measures do not apply to clients.

    24.5% of packet loss?

We will take a look, maybe there is some other issue rather than just DDoS protection.

So it does not have a usable 20gbs uplink then it only has a 10.

It does. If from the same VPS you use both TCP and UDP TCP will get 10gbps and UDP will get 10gbps at the same time.

This thread is not going well... For the record, 36% PL to Hostsailor AMS, 22% PL to Greencloud JAX, and 100% to my local machine. I could do others, but it doesn't seem necessary.

Yeah. Need to take a look into that as thats not what I mean by quality :)

On the bright side: your service can't be affected by DDoS if your network wasn't working to begin with.

So DDoS protection like that is pretty damn effective.
