Need a VPS or Dedicated Server where the provider can assign a routed IPv6 prefix of /48 or smaller
Must support routed IPv6 (not just a single IPv6 address)
Location: open to anywhere (US, EU, Asia, SG, JP, etc.) - just needs reasonable latency
Specs: flexible (1-2 vCPU, 1-2GB RAM, SSD is fine) - budget is limited
KVM or OpenVZ both acceptable
