• Location: LAX or HKG
• Stable routing for OpenAI / Claude / coding tools
• Low annual recurring price preferred
• DMIT Pro WEE or similar plans preferred
• Must be allowed by the provider's ToS

• Specs

• Expiry date
• Asking price
• How the service can be handled according to the provider's official rules
