I ended up cancelling and using the 72-hour money-back guarantee on all VPS and VDS services. The setup was not instant and took more than 15 minutes, and support tickets. I orderd my VPS in Los Angeles and it was delivered in the wrong location. Finally got delivered in the correct location, did some tests and setup and the network performance is really bad. High ping, slow respones. I let them know about the speed issue and they offered to speed it up "We are glad to inform you that we have increased the network speed on your server. However, please note that it may take some time for the changes to be reflected on your server, as the upgrade will be implemented gradually.
We appreciate your patience during this process and hope that the increased network speed will enhance your server's performance." but I have concerns and am proceeding with refund.
I'm not saying they are good or bad, this was my experience.
