Searching for VPS in USA, Australia, South Americas - different providers

I looking for some VPS packages in different locations: USA, Australia and South America.
For some clients for example I am using ffmpeg to record an IP Camera (the last 12 hours) without transcoding, so it is very lightweight on cpu usage but uses a lot of bandwidth. For other clients I am hosting their websites. At this time I own some servers in the Europe, but some clients are in USA, Australia etc. So I want to buy some VPS there.
My requirements are:
fast network connection
responsive team
min. 10TB bandwidth
min. 60GB disk space
min. 3 cores
min. 3GB RAM
Looking to be as cheap as possible.
Internet port should be stable rather than high speed. I experienced some providers with high teoretical speeds but slow, unresponsive, unstable networks, different bad routes maybe because of overselling and low quality ISPs. No need of backups, as I own some servers for backup already.
The most important for me is the USA one as I need it urgently. Looking for good overall performance and uptime, and also as cheap as possible.
I could pay monthly at least for the first month as I have to test the services before such a semianually or yearly contract. I will NOT host emails there as I own a separated mail server for my clients, as I know some providers are concerning about mail usage. Also, my clients have clean and legal websites, as I personally admin. and manage all of them.

OVH for US, Australia.
I use them for my high bandwidth applications.
Their network is solid. They have connections to all top carriers.

Does OVH AU VPS lineup ever come back in stock? Every time I check their website, it's out of stock.
Its been out of stock for a while. India and Singaore has been their main focus for APAC/Oceania. I think AU has always been pretty limited operation there. They have some dedicated servers.

Ya, some are unavailable, so you have to actively monitor the availability. There are few tg bots for this.

For South America, particularly Chile, Santiago I can definitely recommend infofractal @jfrac .
With the specs, you're asking it would be under $12/m and they also have unmetered 500mbps bandwidth:

In US there are plenty of good providers here, so I'm sure you would be able to find something. Check advinservers @advinservers or extravm @MikeA .
Would love to offer you something in Australia from onidel, however we can not meet the 10TB+ requirement at "as cheap as possible" budget.
Oh forgot to mention, US Dedicated servers and VPS aren't available to anyone with accounts outside US due to some weird US law compliance issue. They only allow you to purchase Canada. So that may be a problem if unable to use/make an US account.
If unable, I would look at IONOS, BuyVM, HostDzire. They can support high bandwidth usage at a pretty low price.
