I didn't place an order.
It's been a while since I last asked that question. Then I saw these new orders numbers...
I've wanted a bigger storage node for months.
My doubled resources never got applied either, but I ended up having to cancel anyway.
3 days after I paid, it got suspended because of an "unpaid invoice" (it showed as paid in the panel, PayPal too, somehow had an incorrect due date though?).
Decided to throw in the towel and e-mailed them about my "Right of Withdrawal". After not receiving a response for 14 days, I proceeded with a PayPal refund for undelivered services.
I hate having to resort to chargebacks and don't enjoy speaking ill, and perhaps I was simply unlucky, but they could've been more responsive. And I don't think it's just me? I doubt many people here, or even any, got their doubled resources in the past month.
