Where's $7/yr ?
Unfortunately there is no $7/year on offer, current offer is for VPS Level 1 package at €8.46 per month or approximately $9.78 USD a month, the code provides discount from €13.90 to €8.46 or ~40% discount recurring, by accident the line reads 15% (template paste oversight) but its 40% for Level 1 monthly

At this time the cart system in WHMCS does not support out of the box w/o JS, this is something we may look into to see what can be done as fallback in WHMCS purchase flow if a customer does not have JS enabled but there is no ETA on when or if but this is now on my list of roadmap for consideration as we take every constructive criticism such as this (unintended criticism) and give it some real thought
