Looking for RTX 4090 GPU servers (4x or 8x GPUs)

I'm currently looking for dedicated GPU servers or cloud instances with:
4x RTX 4090 minimum
ideally scalable to 8x RTX 4090
Requirements are very light besides GPU:
CPU: only 4+ cores needed
RAM: 16GB minimum
Storage: 100GB+ SSD/NVMe
Network: 1Gbps preferred
Location: any region is fine
Main priority:
GPU availability
stable uptime
long-term rental possible
I do NOT need high-end CPUs or huge RAM.

Why would you offer that when OP explicitly asked for a minimum of 4x 4090?
If you provided all your available GPUs, they would only provide a total of 84 GB VRAM and 159 TFLOPS processing power. OP's requirements are equal to 96 GB VRAM minimum (192 preferred) and 165 TFLOPS (330 preferred).
If OP doesn't find something. He can see our options as optional. Just that.
