Public Complaint Regarding HostSlick Support & Ticket System
I am publicly expressing my disappointment with the support and ticket handling system at HostSlick.
My first support ticket was created on Saturday, February 21st, 2026 at 12:03, regarding an important issue affecting my reseller hosting account. Instead of receiving proper assistance or resolution, the ticket was later deleted without any explanation or solution provided.
Since then, I have created multiple additional tickets, all of which either received no meaningful response or were ignored entirely. Despite my continued efforts to contact support, the situation has remained unresolved until now.
Recently, I logged into my account mainly to pay for renewal, hoping I could still recover my data in the future since I remembered my invoice might soon be due. To my surprise, I discovered that:
- My reseller account invoice had been cancelled
- My hosting account was marked with a termination request
- I never submitted or approved any termination request
This experience has been extremely frustrating and concerning, especially due to the lack of communication, transparency, and support from @HostSlick
I sincerely hope this issue can finally be addressed properly, my data situation clarified, and an explanation provided regarding the unauthorized termination request and cancelled invoice.

they go out of the market for vps and hosting and don't renew these services anymore. they mentioned this in the past multiple times and sent out an official email announcement just yesterday.

i had a lifetime free hosting plan... looks like it's already been shut down.
hostslick (why i pronounce it always as "hosts lick" ??) is out of shared/vps business as told in another thread. that might be the reason your reseller account will not renew and will terminate. But a professional company would have emailed their customer individually. Seems thats not the case here.
Better find an alternative to hostslick soon.
The email from hostslick says they will honor the current vps contracts till the end of their billing period, however reality is opposite where the VMs are down and no reply to tickets.
If HS wanted to end the VPS lineup, then why did sell the plans in first place?

Is it functional? Running smoothly? Or direct admin and Softaculous licenses are expired by months?
Also that cancelling notification for the lifetimes.
So... Easy to understand that all the shared services and all the VPS will be discontinued.
Anyway, no products on buy new services, looking like a ghosty site, abandoned.

My Issue is I do not have a problem with them phasing out some services but they should at least let you get your backups, As I have not been able to login to direct admin for the last couple of months and every ticket I create is being deleted or no response at all.
Also as they are Phasing Out, Everything is Cancelled. All Lifetime Hosting will be gone once phasing out is complete.
HostSlick should be ashamed of themselves for cancelling services of majority of customers.
I don't mind that they cancelled the renewals or ceased providing VPS services.
What bothers me is that I have a paid VPS plan and its non-functioning, refund first then do whatever you want.
