Recommendations for VPS from UAE and Hong Kong (Needed to install RouterOS)

Hi.
I am looking for a provider to provide VPS with RouterOS (Custom ISO) or the default one is okay too from Dubai, UAE and Hong Kong (Mainland China is okay also).
If you are a provider would be nice if you mention your upstream, website link and price per month.

Hi,
We have two locations in Hong Kong and allow the use of custom/upload ISO. We also have a Mikrotik CHR 7.20.5 ISO available so you can install or use your own.

These two data centers are not optimized, they are operating on a best-effort basis to China Mainland ISPs (both in/out).
