Looking for cheap hourly billing VPS

Hi,

I have some ancient software which needs to run on windows with gui, and I'm currently looking for a server provider with hourly billing, as the software needs to be only run once a week for several hours.

When the software isn't needed I would like to take a snapshot, and delete the server. And then re-deploy from that snapshot when the software is needed again.

Looking for EUROPE as location.
