Any hosts still using NeoProtect DDoS protection?

Hello, looking for a host that still uses NeoProtect ddos protection for cs 1.6 servers. i know NeoProtect had issues last year but ive heard some providers still run their filters.
Need:
Europe location (Germany, Netherlands, or nearby)
NeoProtect filtering specifically (their CS 1.6 + A2S filter was the best)
VPS or game server, either works
Anyone know if any hosts still offer this?
