    Why are there two ToS documents, "Terms of Use" and "TERMS OF SERVICE"?

    I have some concerns about the ToS. It says:

    you grant LIASAIL a royalty-free, unrestricted, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and fully transferable, assignable, and sublicensable right and license to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, print, publish, translate, create derivative works, create collective works, and distribute, perform, display, license, and sublicense (through multiple tiers) the Submissions, via any media now known or hereafter devised, including for commercial purposes. [...] you also grant us the right to use the name that you submit in connection with any such comment, review, or other content you submit.

    Does this mean you can sell information we post via support tickets, and our real name attached to the support ticket? And does it mean that we have to be careful of mentioning anything that could reveal business plans even in private support tickets, lest it give you permission to use and sell our information?

    Also, the ToS states that it can be changed without notifying customers and that use of the service constitutes agreement with the ToS. Doesn't this mean that someone would need to continuously monitor the terms on their own?

    The language in question does not reflect our actual business practices or intentions, and we are in the process of revising both ToS documents to make this clearer and more accurate.

    So they wont european customers, cause you cant change the terms without notifying the customers
