That's the way most of Europe would write €3,422.39. It's just English that uses the punctuation differently.
Kock is a beautiful name. Is it your actual name or did you just make it up yourself?
Hi,
could you please be a bit more ( technically ) precise about your requirement?
Shall it be ONE server that have 240 TB NVMe? Multiple server? What hardware ( aside of the NVMe ) and so on.
That request does currently not look too much serious to be honest.

I pay you $7 per year for such storage with 100% SLA and full support, deal? As it seems to me you know how to run business better. It seems to me lately the lowendtalk users know how to run business at such discounted rate but no offers to others!?
I’m currently running a server with FDCServers — it has around 80TB NVMe + 250GB DDR4 RAM + 2×100Gbps uplink (100Gbps usable).
I paid about $1200/month, plus around $5000 one-time setup.
To be honest, going full NVMe was probably not the best decision for my use case. HDD would have been much more cost-efficient. In my case, ~90% of bandwidth is consumed by only ~0.1% of files, so I now cache hot content in RAM to handle peak traffic (especially at night where usage can hit ~80Gbps).
You might want to reach out to them and see what they can offer for your requirements — they’re quite flexible with custom setups.
