Looking for an offer in NL,DE only. Budget 120-200€ ( depends on Model and Hoster ).
Good cpu, ssd/nvme boot or nvme as cache extra, high amount hdd ( what could be possible pricewise), 10GE @10-20tb

I would recommend setting up ZFS RaidZ-1 on the 4x18TB HDDs and Raid-1 on the 2x4TB NVMe (small boot partition separately) as a ZFS Metadata device, which significantly speeds up the PBS. Especially GC, Verify and restore tasks will be much faster than HDD-only storage.

@layer7 y'all given up on Proxmox Backupspace? Also why can't you add storage in 1 TB increments on AMD Epyc Storage Server VDS FRA1 like on the other products?

Hi,

the current selling prices do simply not fit the hardware buying prices. So we dont extend capacities for some products and as a result its sold out at some point.

If you want small, buy the cloud server ( 3x additional disk up to 10 TB ). There you can go in 1 TB steps.

The storage server are for storage ( 5 TB steps ).

How much raw disk space do you want for this 120-200 EUR?

Yeah, I know I could do that, but I kinda had my heart set on a few dedicated cores rather than shared, and I don't need that much HDD space.
