I'm looking to buy 2 storage VPS

Minimum requirements:
RAM: 1GB
SSD 10GB + 1TB HDD

Location is not important.

Max budget for each: 40€

40€/year for each is my limit.

Their normal cloudservers allow adding 1TB, however that still comes out at 72€ yearly.

Is it all there is to a provider? No, but gives some hints...

I need at least one of the providers to be rock solid.

Or if you really want root then there's these storage VPS. They're cheap, but possibly a bit YOLO. They work fine for me as backup servers though, and at your budget you can get four of them in different nodes/locations:

yes, my idea was to have a solid provider, and another on the cheap side like, i'll be running two Garage nodes, so it would be alright.

But they're also not super active here, much like hosthatch, here they're alright, but also not super present, and their Trustpilot isn't great also.

@NovaCloudHosting @AlexBarakov and @oloke have the best ratings if someone is looking for a solution without my constraints, i'd say these look like the best providers around.

But they use hetzner servers. Not problem with the servers, I had a problem with the ecosystem - if you choose other DC or my own ISP - you face latency.. Any Finland provider with 1TB storage?

Thank you all for those suggesting, some I haven't seen before.

For now pulled the trigger on one, bought a @onidel OniBox (Thanks @oloke )

One more to go, tomorrow i'll check out and compare with more time.
