CPU：4.5Ghz+ turbo
Disk：SSD or NVMe SSD
Location：Hong Kong

Network: 100 Mbps or higher, at least 5 TB monthly bandwidth, with strong and stable connectivity to Hong Kong local ISPs/end-users

@Evoxt advertises "up to 6.0 GHz Turbo Clock*" and I believe they have instances in Hong Kong, hope that helped

I'm using their service, but I frequently encounter VPS issues.

Their support was excellent, but the problem was only temporarily resolved, and it happened again.
