Cloudflare now doesn't allow apex proxying on non enterprise on custom hostname?

I cannot add apex domain as a custom hostname now, was able to do it yesterday.

Before yesterday, by setting up cname flattening in Bunny DNS, I can add the domain as a custom hostname, for example test.com, cname flattening to test.origin.com. But I tried to do it today it says:

custom hostname does not CNAME to this zone.

The hostname is using Cloudflare and cannot be activated with an TXT or HTTP validation token. To activate the custom hostname, the DNS target needs to point to the SaaS zone

I've done this a lot of times and nothing was different today. Maybe CloudFlare might have set strict rules on these today, so it is only available on enterprise plan.

As described, you can try removing and then re-adding it.

Yes I've tried that, still doesn't seem to work. Tried both adding CNAME and hostname again.
