We are a VPS provider based in China, and we are looking for a cheap and reliable upstream provider.
Are there any dedicated server providers here?
I need a reasonably priced dedicated server in the Asia-Pacific region, close to China, with a network connection friendly to China.

It's been a while, so please correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Chinese IP transit far more per Gpbs than the total budget given?

I think if you have stock, T1 carriers also want to buy some from you, and you don't even need to provide a server
From what I understand, the NTT PCCW hybrid line fits this budget.
